Golify respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

• Account data: email, username, profile photo.
• Usage data: matches tracked, retas joined, EA FC catalog interactions.
• Device data: device type, OS version, push notification token.
• Location data: only if you grant permission, used for local retas.
• Health data: only if you grant permission, read from Apple HealthKit or Google Health Connect for the Pulso wellness feature. Processed exclusively on your device — see the Health Data section below.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and improve the app services.
• Send match and reta notifications.
• Personalize content and recommendations.
• Ensure security and prevent fraud.

3. Health Data (Apple HealthKit & Google Health Connect)

Golify's Pulso feature is an optional health and wellness experience. If — and only if — you grant explicit permission, Golify reads the following data from Apple HealthKit (iOS / Apple Watch) or Google Health Connect (Android):

• Heart rate: samples during the time window of a match you played or watched, used to show your physical effort (peak, average, intensity zones) or your fan stress response.
• Heart rate variability (HRV): baseline vs. HRV at your heart-rate peak, used to quantify your stress response during a match.
• Resting heart rate: your personal baseline, used to normalize effort and stress scores so results are personalized rather than absolute BPM.
• Sleep: duration of the night following a match compared against your 7-night average, used to show a recovery insight.

How we process it: all health data is read-only and processed exclusively on your device. It is never uploaded to our servers or any third party, never stored outside your device, never used for advertising or marketing, and never sold or shared. Golify never writes data to HealthKit or Health Connect.

Retention and deletion: Golify does not retain health data. Samples are read on demand only to compute the analysis you request and are not copied into any database. The resulting insights exist only on your device and are removed when you uninstall the app. Because nothing leaves your device, there is no server-side health data to delete.

Security: health data never leaves your device, which removes transmission and server-breach risk entirely. On-device processing relies on the operating system's sandboxing and encryption (iOS and Android device encryption).

Your control: health access is entirely optional — Pulso simply shows no analysis without it. You can revoke access at any time from the Health app (iOS) or Health Connect settings (Android), which immediately stops all reading of health data.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with trusted service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics) under strict confidentiality agreements, or when required by law.

5. Your Rights

You can access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time through the app settings or by contacting us at contacto@golify.futbol.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Children's Privacy

Golify is not intended for users under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us immediately.

8. Third-Party Services — Radio Browser API

Golify's radio feature uses Radio Browser (api.radio-browser.info), a free, open-source, community-maintained directory of public internet radio stations. Radio Browser requires no authentication or registration; it provides discovery information only: station name, country, and the public stream URL each station has chosen to broadcast openly. Golify does not transmit any personal data to Radio Browser. Audio plays directly from each station's own servers — Golify does not act as a proxy or cache streams. Stations that wish to restrict public access may do so at their own infrastructure level.

Radio Content & Takedown Policy

By using Golify, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Use of the Service

Golify provides football match tracking, retas organization, and EA FC catalog browsing. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Golify a license to use, display, and distribute it within the app. Do not post illegal, abusive, or infringing content.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time (see below).

5. Disclaimer

Golify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You have the right to delete your account and associated personal data at any time.

How to delete your account

1. Open the Golify app.
2. Go to Profile → Settings → Account.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your profile information (name, email, photo).
• Your match tracking history and retas.
• Your EA FC catalog favorites and interactions.
• Push notification tokens and device associations.

Data retention

Some data may be retained for up to 30 days in encrypted backups before permanent deletion. We may also retain minimal information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention).
